Name Your Pipeline
Tips: Think of the core milestones of your sales process or when lead nurturing is most needed. Ex. Customer calls in and leaves a message, you want to make sure they receive a call back with in the first 24 hours of receiving the call. So steps could be 1. Lead left us message. 2. We called back no answer. Or 3. we called back and they did answer. You would move leads to the corresponding step based on the results. then on to 4. Booked appointment. and so on. (KEEP IT SIMPLE TO START).
